The Caribbean Airlines app has recently been launched, providing our valued customers with the features they have been eagerly anticipating.

• Search and Book Flights: Customers can effortlessly book one-way or roundtrip flights to all our destinations using their mobile or tablet devices. During the booking process, customers can select seats, including Caribbean Plus, and pay for extra baggage. Additionally, special services such as wheelchair assistance and dietary requirements can be requested.
• Get Flight Updates: By subscribing, customers can receive push notifications regarding any changes or delays that may affect their trip, such as gate changes or flight delays.
• In-app Live Chat: Our live chat feature allows customers to directly interact with an agent during our designated support hours.
• Book Domestic Flights in TTD: Customers now have the option to book flights on the domestic airbridge between Trinidad and Tobago and make payments in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD).
• Domestic Standby Clearance: The app enables users to check their position and status in the standby queue for the domestic airbridge between Trinidad and Tobago.
• Check-In: Customers can easily complete online check-in up to 24 hours before their scheduled flight using their PNR, e-ticket number, or Caribbean Miles number. During this process, eligible bookings can select seats, including Caribbean Plus, and pay for additional baggage. Customers can also request special services like wheelchair assistance. After check-in is completed, users can subscribe to in-app notifications and receive their boarding pass for use where airport facilities permit.
